Seleny Yige Xie
Seleny Xie is a BAFTA and SXSW-nominated producer with a multidisciplinary background in immersive media, virtual production, and AAA game development. She currently leads production at TechToy Studio on a Meta-published and funded VR and mobile game, where she oversees full-cycle development, platform delivery, and cross-team execution.
Previously, Seleny managed narrative-driven VR projects at Sony Pictures and supported global content pipelines at PlayStation and the Entertainment Technology Center. Her experience spans milestone planning, vendor coordination, and Agile pipelines across platforms like Meta Quest, PSVR2, and PlayStation 5.
Besides working in production, she is also an independent Unreal Engine artist whose works are nominated in top festivals, including BAFTA Immersive, SXSW, Independent Games Festival, GIFF, and more.
With an M.S. in Game Design and Development from USC and a B.F.A. in Film & TV Production from NYU, Seleny is passionate about pushing the boundaries of storytelling through emerging technologies.
